- 16 oz cavatappi pasta (cooked & rinsed)
- 1 lb ground beef (browned)
- 1 ½ cups shredded romaine
- 1 ½ cups cubed cheese
- 1 ½ cups grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup chopped dill pickles
- 1 cup thinly sliced red onion
- Big Mac Sauce:
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- ¾ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup + 2 tbsp sweet relish
- 2 tsp French dressing
- 2 tsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp minced onion
- 1½ tsp vinegar
- 1½ tsp sugar
- ½ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
- Boil and cool pasta. Brown beef and cool.
- Whisk all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
- Toss pasta, beef, and veggies in a large bowl.
- Pour in sauce, mix well.
- Chill 1–2 hours before serving
Notes
For the best flavor, prepare the Big Mac pasta salad at least 1–2 hours ahead of time to let the dressing soak into the pasta and blend with the other ingredients. Add the shredded lettuce just before serving to keep it crisp. This recipe can easily be doubled for large gatherings and is perfect for meal prep—store in an airtight container and enjoy within 3 to 4 days.
